At OFF BASE, we carefully inspect and prepare every order before it is shipped. As a new brand, we are currently operating under a no-return and no-refund policy.

Please review the product details, size information, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Returns or Refunds

At this time, OFF BASE does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchased products.

All sales are considered final once an order has been confirmed.

We therefore encourage customers to carefully check:

  • Product details and descriptions

  • Available sizes

  • Size guides, where provided

  • Product photographs

  • Shipping and delivery information

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we do not currently accept standard returns or offer refunds, we want every customer to receive the correct product in good condition.

If you receive:

  • A product that is significantly damaged before delivery, or

  • A product that is different from what you ordered,

please contact us at offbasepk@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. We will review the situation and determine whether an appropriate resolution is possible.

Any resolution for a damaged or incorrect item will be handled at the discretion of OFF BASE, subject to verification and applicable law.

3. Incorrect Size or Change of Mind

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges because of:

  • Selecting the wrong size

  • Changing your mind after placing an order

  • Ordering multiple sizes and wanting to return one

  • Not liking the product after receiving it

  • Differences in personal preference

  • Minor differences in color caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings

Please make sure you select the correct size and product before placing your order.

4. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at offbasepk@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests may only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

5. Future Policy Changes

As OFF BASE grows, we may introduce returns, exchanges, refunds, or other customer-friendly options in the future.

Our return and refund policy may therefore be updated at any time.

Any changes will be published on this page, along with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy applicable to an order will generally be the policy in effect at the time the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
